Disciplinary Committee to hold an inquiry in June

The Disciplinary Committee of the RCVS as constituted under the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966, will be held at the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons on Monday 22 June to hear an inquiry into Mr David John Porter MRCVS. Mr Porter is allegedly guilty of disgraceful conduct in a professional respect.

The charges against him include, failing to communicate courteously and/or respectfully with colleagues, failing to have sufficient regard to animal welfare and failing to respond adequately to communications from the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons.
