Would you like to work in the beautiful city of York ?. We are a 3 and a half year old standalone small animal only surgery that has a rapidly growing client base with a good number of insured clients.
Our spacious, modern practice is well-equipped and includes: Digital X-ray, Ultrasound and comprehensive in-house laboratories.
Just over 18 months ago we began our exciting journey to open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Since then we have been providing exceptional extended hours, in patient care and emergency service for our own clients and those of practices in the area.
We are now a team of experienced 7 vets, 9 RVN's, 5 veterinary care assistants, 4 receptionists and an ambulance driver. We work really hard as a team to achieve a high standard of client and patient care as well as creating a fun and supportive environment for everyone to work in. Our teams hard work and dedication was recently rewarded when we received outstanding in the RCVS awards for team and professionalism and also in client services. We are a registered VN training practice and a small animal accredited RCVS surgery.
As part of our continued growth and development we are currently looking for another vet to join our team. The role would suit a new graduate looking to work in a great team with lots of support. You would be doing full time hours and a mixture of week day, weekend day and evening shifts. No OOH. You would get the opportunity to build on your skills across all areas of the practice including the 24/7 emergency work and in patient care. No sole charge.
