An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join an 10-vet and 7-nurse team in a busy and progressive practice in East Lothian, Scotland.

You will work in a purpose-built state-of-the-art veterinary practice, getting to use all your nursing skills to their full ability as you help your team with not only the practice's own patients and clients, but with referral cases from surrounding areas due to having a number of specialists that work from the practice. Experience an ever-varying caseload; no two days are the same!

The practice is well equipped with digital radiography, in-house laboratory, ultrasonography, endoscopy, ECG and CT to name a few.

This position is for 40 hours a week consisting of a number of differing early and late shifts between 7.30am and 8pm. Weekends (Sat 9am-1pm, Sun 10am-1pm) on a 1 in 6 rota basis.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will get to constantly develop your nursing skills with hands on clinical, medical and surgical nursing. Patient welfare will be your top priority as you get the time needed to spend with them as you nurse.
