Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon required for clinical and teaching role The RSPCA Radcliffe Animal Centre Trust is an independent charity, which receives no financial assistance from the National Lottery or Government and is separate from the national RSPCA. Radcliffe RSPCA is through an affiliation programme working with Nottingham Vet School. Nottingham Vet School provide a fresh approach to veterinary education with a progressive and dynamic environment, which delivers an outstanding student experience. Both businesses are experiencing rapid growth; the RSPCA is going through a complete centre rebuild (due for completion Nov 2018). We require a veterinary surgeon with a minimum of 2 years’ experience who has a keen interest in animal welfare and an interest in supporting and developing our veterinary surgeons of the future working in affiliation with the University of Nottingham this represents an exciting opportunity for the right person. Day to day you will be required to carry our routine procedures on animals within our care whilst at the same time providing teaching support to final year veterinary students. Location – RSPCA Radcliffe on Trent Veterinary Suite Hours - Flexible working Monday – Friday (school hours negotiable) Salary – Negotiable Type - Permanent Other –
