Due to one of our team of specialist nurses moving on to pastures new, a position has arisen to join our friendly and supportive team.

The Eye Clinic is part of the Rowe Referrals team based in our purpose built small animal hospital on the edge of Bristol, close to the M4 – M5 junctions. We have easy links to South Wales and the South West with bright lights of Bristol on one side and the stunning Cotswold and South Wales countryside on the other.

The Eye Clinic has a busy surgical and nursing case load meaning there is always something new to learn and new challenges to be met. We work alongside talented colleagues in other disciplines (including surgery, medicine, dermatology, CT and MRI). We are a tightly knit, supportive team with a culture of learning and development. Advanced anaesthesia, notably neuromuscular blockade, is a key part of the role – no experience is required however as full training will be provided.

Applicants must be RVNs. Whilst 2 years post qualification experience and evidence of further study is an advantage, team work, enthusiasm and aptitude for learning new skills are the most important attributes we are looking for.
