Description | Small and friendly independent practice in Derbyshire seek veterinary surgeon to work in small and equine practice. The team are ideally looking for a little experience however are happy to settle in a new graduate and help them to begin their career. They can offer lots of support and development particularly in the small animal side, including surgical mentoring. The equine work is done in the main by an existing vet but there is the need for OOH’s only on the equine of 1:3, so it would be beneficial to be confident with horses and emergency diagnosis but help and support will always be on hand. There are two main branches for small animal plus an equine unit and daily routine will include working across both small animal sites.
