Organised and enthusiastic candidate required to be an integral part of the highly successful White Cross Vet group. 

We have 7 clinics across the Midlands with a fantastic range of facilities.

The successful candidate will have responsibility for the practice business, incorporating manpower planning, team management, financial performance and championing the White Cross values and principles, in order to maintain our positive team based culture.

You will have the responsibility of clinic performance, working to budgets and providing help and support to clinic directors and teams.

We are looking for someone who has excellent business knowledge and good communication and organizational skills. Veterinary industry experience would be an advantage but not essential.
