Deadline for nominations of the 2015 Ceva Animal Welfare Awards is Tuesday January 13th
Time is running out to nominate charity workers, volunteers and veterinary professionals in this year’s Ceva Animal Welfare Awards.
Ceva are urging communities to help identify and celebrate the people who work to help better the lives of animals in their locality by submitting nominations at www.cevawelfareawards.com.
The deadline for nominations is 13th January 2015, after which entries will be judged by a panel of esteemed industry professionals, including Christopher Laurence MBE BVSc. The 2015 ceremony will once again be taking place at BSAVA.
Awards judge, James Yeates, Chief Veterinary Officer of the RSPCA, said: “There is a growing welfare crisis that is faced by many animals across the world, and part of the answer to these issues lays in the important role that charities, vets and volunteers play in helping improve the lives of animals every day.
“These awards allow us the opportunity to recognise these people for the great work that they do, and hopefully help to inspire others to exercise the same level of dedication to animal welfare. Help us to make sure the selfless welfare heroes in your community are recognised by nominating them at www.cevawelfareawards.co.uk.”
