Royal Canin Launch New Client Education Tool
On Thursday 15th November Royal Canin will be holding a special launch event at London Vet Show for their new client education tool Catom. Catom helps to improve client compliance through improved understanding. Catom allows you to print or email customised, annotated diagrams of various anatomical regions to help you explain to clients what is wrong with their animal.
As part of the launch event Royal Canin will be holding a free seminar at 1.15pm on Thursday 15th November with expert speakers Alison German and Grant Petrie looking at new clinical approaches to four feline diseases; Hepatic lipidosis, FIP, hyperaldosteronism and acromegaly. Royal Canin will also be welcoming Brian Faulkner to speak on new trends in client education. Brian is an experienced clinician having worked in or advised over 100 practices in his 17 year career.
