A key position has arisen within this very busy practice for a Head Vet to work in conjunction with the Clinical Director to ensure the smooth running of the practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for the Graduate academy vets and their progression within the practice and the academy. Other responsibilities include establishing treatment protocols and rolling them out across the group and ensure best practice at all times. Vets in the practice are given the freedom and opportunity to work up cases to provide the best service to our clients. Our ideal candidate will be a good team player with good leadership skills.
