This is an opportunity to assume full responsibility for running a practice, without the financial burden of ownership. It is essential that you are a confident clinician with a particular interest in surgery, with a willingness to continue to promote a high standard of clinical work and client/patient care. You should also enjoy empowering and working with your team to drive clinical standards. Management experience is not essential as you will be supported by another Clinical Director. Our main hospital is complemented by three further small animal branches across the Gateshead and Sunderland area and we also provide emergency cover for neighbouring practices. We have an experienced team of RVN’S and support staff and are well equipped with three surgical theatres and the latest in diagnostic equipment.
